THE COMMISSION PROCESS FOR AN ART PIECE MAY TAKE UP TO A MONTH OR A FEW WEEKS MINIMUM DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE ART PIECE. I always keep my clientele updated on the process and if there are any delays due to an emergency or other personal situations happening in my life, I will contact my client right away.I am only Human and I do have a day job as well that factors into my schedule. Due to this, I can only do One Commission At A Time.In order for me to accept a Commission Request, I can only draw things I am comfortable with and will only draw within my artistic range. I have the right to decline a Commission if I am not comfortable taking it on.Below are my Guidelines.

Once I accept the Commission and agree to it, then we can discuss Planning and Pricing! We will discuss how you wish to pay (either through a 50/50 Payment Plan or a Full Payment Plan) either through PayPal or CashApp!Below is my Price Sheet!

Extra Notes: If you are looking to Commission a Sprite Set, each Additional Sprite will count the same as the Percentage for an Additional Character (+50% base price each). That will NOT include Sprites with Blinking or Open/Closed Mouth Variations.There will also be an Additional Fee if I am asked to draw in a Different Art Style other than my own! This Price can range from up to $10-15 depending on complexity.In the Planning Phase, please give me any Photo References, Expressions, Poses, Color Palettes, or Specific Inspirations for your Commission! Text and Simple Backgrounds don't have any Extra Charges, unless if they are super detailed (I will inform my Client if there are any additional fees).Please Note: When doing the Commission Process, I only send over the SKETCH of the Art Piece to give my Client an idea of what the Final Product will look like and to ask if they want any revisions before I continue onto Lineart, Color, and Shading. I cannot send out any other progress photos to ensure my art does not get stolen, especially if I have not been paid. I will always keep my Commissionees updated whenever a Stage is complete.I save each Commission I create to expand my Art Portfolio further. If you do not want your art showcased on my website for any specific reasons, let me know. Otherwise, each piece will be uploaded to this website with proper credit to the Commissionee.Any Commissions that are completed and sent out are made for Personal Usage only! You are allowed to Share and Print your Commission As Long As I Am Properly Credited through My Socials.For Commissioned Merchandise Designs, I will go over a Royalty Agreement that me and the Client will agree on, as well as Credit for my Designs.Please DO NOT go around reproducing or selling my art as your own work, I will not allow it. This also means DO NOT use my work for AI Art either.Lastly, we need to go over The Refund Process in case of Emergencies, down below!

REFUND PROCESS

If you wish to Cancel a Commission, you will be Refunded a Percentage Amount based on how far I've gotten on your Commission.Below are the Refund Percentages.

  • Canceling during the Sketch Stage, will be a 100% Refund.

  • Canceling during the Lineart & Coloring Stage, will be a 50% Refund.

  • Canceling during the Shading & Final Stage, will be a 25% Refund.

  • Canceling after the Drawing Has Been Completed will result in NO REFUNDS!!!
